Instructor

Dr Lyn has been a Rockhampton local for the last 11 years. She is an Accredited, Practising Dietitian (APD), who has undertaken further training to gain the credential of a Certified Mindfulness-based Eating Awareness Training MB-EAT) Instructor, and Mindfulness-based Habit Change Facilitator.

  • Do you need to take part one before this course?

    Yes: Taking part one of Dr Lyn's 3 part Healthy Lifestyle series is required. Part one covers important concepts that you will need in order to get the benefit out of part two of the training.

  • I have seen Dr Lyn in a one-on-one program do I still need to start with part one?

    If you have seen Dr Lyn privately you can start this course without having already completed part one.

  • Is this course only available online?

    At this stage yes. However, if you have at least 10 people in a group - Dr Lyn can hold this course for you in person. Please make contact with Dr Lyn.
